All apartments are located in the downtown of the city. “Studio” for 1/2 people, open space with kitchen, bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom; Apartments for 1/4 persons, bedroom, living room with kitchenette (cooking corner) or kitchen, 1 bathroom; Three rooms apartments for 2/5 persons, 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette or kitchen, 1 or 2 bathrooms; Four-and more rooms apartments for 4/8 people, 3 or more bedrooms, living room with kitchenette or kitchen, 2 or more bathrooms. All apartments provide a bathroom for every 5 guests. They are equipped with single beds (convertible in double upon request), washing machine, TV and fridge. All the apartments are provided with all the features to use the kitchen and the bathroom. Each apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and insurance (third party liability) for any guests.
